We specialise in Quicken products including QuickBooks, QuickBooks Retail and Quicken Payroll. We also consult on MYOB products and other small-medium business accounting systems.
ConsultingThe main service that we provide is consultation, training and advice about how to best set-up and use your accounting software.
What does a consultation involve?In general, we train onsite at your business or home (our office if you prefer). We work on your computer, using your accounting files, with your data.This has a huge advantage over classroom training as it is 100% relevant to you and your business. No trying to figure out how to translate the XYZ shoe shop to your plumbing business! A consultation normally lasts between 2 to 3 hours, and, depending on your business set-up, a number of consultations may be required. How many consultations?The number of consultations required will depend on a number of factors, including your current skill levels, the complexity of the business, and how quickly you pick things up.As a general rule, a new business will take between 6-12 hours to get "up and running" - ie invoicing, recording expenditure correctly and reconciling. If you are an existing user, 1 or 2 consultations can be really beneficial for streamlining procedures, fine-tuning your accounting, or sorting out those transactions that need attending (bad debts, stale cheques etc). At the end of the day, you're the one who determines how often I'm invited. What are the Charges?Consultations are charged at $121 for the 1st hour of a consultation then $99 per hour thereafter. Price includes GST.Travel charges are $99 per hour for the round trip with the first 30 mins at no charge. For example, Benalla is 45 mins each way so travel charges would be 1 hour (90 mins round trip less 30 mins free). Service Area
We are based in Shepparton in the Goulburn Valley in Victoria Australia.
We service an area that stretches from the Murray River to the north (Yarrawonga, Cobram, Tocumwal), Benalla to the East, Stanhope, Tatura and Rochester to the West and Nagambie to the South.... and all points in-between.
